Whole 30 Challenge

Sarah and I are doing the Whole 30 Challenge for the month of January.  I'm probably gonna be posting about it just to keep a record and to share food info. with others from CrossFit Shelby who are doing the challenge as well.  Maybe I'll throw in some pottery posts along the way.

Basically this is a reset for the body.  I'm not going to go into it because there is plenty on the web Click Here for downloads.  We will be eating mostly vegetables, meat, fish, and fruit, seeds and nuts.  No dairy, soy, grains of any kind, legumes, or alcohol.  Also, nothing with added sugar of any kind. No white potatoes.  Sweet potatoes are fine.  No products w. MSG, sulfites or carrageenan.

  1. Third day of low carb for me. I've already lost 8 pounds. Today: made a beef stew chili, over Zero Carb organic tofu. I am no longer hungry all the time. Lucid dreaming and I wake up feeling great! Refined carbs are not food.
